History
In Sync Design began life in 1992. Working from a back bedroom with a drawing board and a set of Rotoring pens, Adele built the company by producing applicable and creative solutions for an increasing range of clients. As the business grew and technology improved, we moved to increasingly larger offices in Lincoln. In 2001 Adele moved into what had once been a pub and converted the Coach House in the garden into a studio and office. We are situated 20 minutes from Lincoln or Gainsborough and 30 minutes from Scunthorpe and the Humber Bridge.

Today our accounts include many national and multinational brands along side numerous local business's, start up's and charitable organisations.
In Sync Design's success is based on the solid foundation of the continued prosperity of our broad-based clients.

New Media
In 1996 we decided to launch a sister company, Syncromedia, which specialises in new media and electronic publications such as websites, presentations, electronic brochures, screensavers and emailers. We recently made the decision to combine the two companies under the same banner of In Sync Design. Looking Ahead
We've always believed in the old adage 'Don't fix what aint broke' so we plan to continue doing just what we've always done - supplying clients with the marketing and promotional aids to progress their business and reach their targets.

Our success is based on an individual and very personal service which would not be possible in a large agency. Our commitment to investment in technology ensures that we continually adapt and learn to utilise the latest software to the best advantage.

We do still however cherish our old drawing board and occasionally refill the odd Rotoring pen!
