Posters can be produced to an infinite number of sizes. From as small as a business card to the size of a building. Generally, posters are designed to be placed in public places and the size is determined by this placement. If placed in shop windows, for example, many shopkeepers prefer the size to be limited to A4 or A3, however environments such as billboards offer a much larger format and wider exposure.
