"Adele and Hazel helped me to set up my corporate image when I decided to open a new dental practice in Lincoln. Adele visited the practice to establish its ethos and to discuss the type of identity we were looking for. She then produced several ideas for us to discuss and never showed any signs of wilting as I asked endless questions such as: yes, but what if...' Or 'what does that look like in that colour?'
Her patience was rewarded when we finalised the plans and she could begin getting on with putting into place what had been chosen. Adele also took all the photos for the brochures, web site and advertising. She quickly struck up a rapport with everyone as she co-operated with staff members, both full and part time, to ensure that photos were taken at a time that did not inconvenience staff or patients.

"Setting up two holiday cottages was a new venture for us and we called in In Sync Design for advice on the marketing of the properties. Throughout the whole process we benefitted from Hazel's knowledgeable and unwavering support in the office and Adele's enthusiasm for the project. She talked to us about the various ways of making ourselves known and together we decided that a good website was going to be our most effective approach and this was therefore the main focus of In Sync's work with us.
We were very impressed by her expertise and when we compared our website with other similar businesses, it was clear that she had thought of many things that others had not.
The finished result was easy to navigate with the inclusion of good photos (which Adele had taken) and business picked up very quickly.
